"When my car had got wrecked, Jeremy’s State Farm helped me tremendously when it came to all the services i would need for a sucky situation! They were great with communicating with me and just understanding overall! They help you stay covered (however that looks for you) and don’t just drop and give up on you automatically like most companies! They work with you and their insurance is affordable while also providing other ways to make your insurance even cheaper with features they have like steer clear, etc. Special shoutout to Hannah at this location for answering all of my questions and getting me documentation that i needed in a timely manner! If you’re looking to get insurance through them i’d highly recommend!"

"Great experience working with Tyler on helping to find me the best and most affordable coverage on my auto insurance. He gave me a cheaper quote than what I was currently paying and explained in depth just how much coverage all of my vehicles would have. I was very pleased to hear that I would be getting services such as emergency roadside assistance and windshield replacement… a service that I do not have on my previous auto insurance for a low monthly fee. With all these extra coverages my vehicles would have and the quote being lower than what I was currently paying for it just made more sense to switch. I would recommend this agent to anyone I know looking to get a better deal on their auto insurance."

"Wonderful experience at State Farm on New Cut Rd with Jeremy Graham and Hannah. I had a cracked windshield and Hannah took my information and asked if I had a preferred window company I said I did not and within the hour the glass co was calling me to set up the appt. "I am truly impressed with Jeremy Graham's State Farm Agency. My grandmother and I had been looking into switching insurance companies since our current one was getting too expensive. It seemed that every six months the cost continued to increase although there really was no explanation given. It was getting to a point to where it was becoming really unaffordable. So I decided to do a quote online from Jeremy's State Farm Agency and within only a couple of days, the Insurance Account Representative, Tyler, gave me a call to discuss the specifics regarding my quote. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I was appreciative of how patient he was with all of the questions we had. That said, I was completely shocked at the rates Tyler had given my grandmother and I because they seemed too good to be true! After we had realized the amount of money we could save monthly and annually, we went ahead and quickly made the switch to Jeremy's State Farm Agency! It has by far been such an easy transition and every one that I have spoken to has been very nice! I definitely recommend to give this Agency a call if you are having concerns with your current insurance company. You will NOT regret it!"
